Tortellini Alfredo with Peas and Bacon

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 package (9 ounce) three cheese tortellini (refrigerated)
4 slices lean bacon, coarsely chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup green peas, cooked
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cook bacon, onion and mushrooms in large skillet over medium-high heat until bacon is crisp; drain.

Add sauce, pasta, peas and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
