The pasta cooks right in the soup!
Yield: Serves 4
Preparation Time: 5 minutes; Cooking Time: 25 minutes
| 1 | tablespoon | vegetable oil | |

| 1 | lb. | skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut up | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mus | |
|
|
|||
| 2 1/4 | cups | water | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | dried basil leaves, crushed | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | cups | uncooked corkscrew pasta | |
|
|
|||
| grated Parmesan cheese | |||
|
|
|||
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside.
2. Add soup, water, basil and vegetables. Heat to a boil. Add uncooked pasta. Reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
3. Return chicken to pan. Cook 5 minutes more or until pasta is done, stirring often. Serve with cheese.
