Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
In large saucepan, combine chicken, water, rice, contents of seasoning packets, soup and vegetable mixture; mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Pour into 13x9- inch baking pan; top with biscuits. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Cook's Tip: For individual pot pies, place rice mixture in small ramekins or casseroles. Proceed with recipe as directed.
