| 1 1/3 | cups | prepared German potato salad | |

| 2 | Tablespoons | freshly chopped parsley | |
|
|

| 4 | slices | crusty French bread, toasted | |
|
|

| Bacon bits | |||

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Split hot dogs lengthwise almost to one end, but not cutting all the way through. Slash sides lightly and form into circle, fastening with toothpicks. Place on baking sheet.
Stir parsley into potato salad; spoon 1/3 cup into center of each hot dog. Bake 10 minutes.
To serve, remove toothpicks and top each bread slice with a stuffed hot dog. Garnish with bacon bits.
