| 1 | package | taco seasoning mix | |

| 1 | medium onion, chopped | ||

| 1 | medium tomato, chopped | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (15 ounce) black beans, rinsed and drained | |

| Shredded lettuce | |||
|
|
|||
| Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese | |||
|
|
|||
| Sour cream | |||
|
|
|||
| Salsa | |||
|
|
|||
| 8 | crispy corn taco shells AND/OR | ||
|
|
|||
| 8 | (6- inch) flour tortillas | ||
|
|

In a large skillet brown ground beef. Drain well.
Add taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package instructions.
Heat taco shells and tortillas as package directs.
Wrap a flour tortilla around a crispy corn taco shell and add meat. Top with onion, tomato, beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa.
