Cherries: How to Freeze

Cherries may be frozen for up to three months!

Ingredients

Fresh Bing cherries
Plastic freezer bags or containers

Directions:

1. WASH and DRY your fresh bing cherries. Dryness is key! Leave the stems intact.

2. FREEZE your bing cherries in plastic bags or containers with the air removed (for up to three months).

3. THAW your bing cherries in the fridge (this helps maintain the juice and firmness in the fruit).

4. Enjoy! Try cherries that are slightly frozen for a real taste treat!
