| 1 | Tablespoon | balsamic vinegar | |

| 1 | Tablespoon | granulated sugar | |

| 1/2 | teaspoon | dry oregano | |
|

| 1/2 | teaspoon | dry basil | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | ground black pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | olive oil, divided | |

| 8 | chicken tenderloins, cut into thirds | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | Tablespoon | minced garlic | |
|
|
|||
| Pasta (any variety), prepared according to package directions | |||

| Grated parmesan cheese | |||

In a large bowl, combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil, black pepper and 1Tbsp olive oil; stir to blend.
In a large, heavy botton skillet, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Saute chicken tenderloins for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add minced garlic and saute for 1 minute.
Slowly pour the sauce into hot skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer the chicken in the sauce for 10 minutes.
Serve over your favorite pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
