In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, lightly brown ham slice on both sides.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and five-spice powder; blend well.
Add grapes and pineapple to ham in skillet. Pour orange juice mixture into skillet. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 1 to 3 minutes or until fruit is thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
**Ingredient Substitution:
If you don't have Chinese five-spice powder on hand, blend 1/4 teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and fennel with a dash of white pepper.
