| 4 | Tilapia fillets | ||

| White Butter Sauce | |||
| 1/2 | cup | white wine | |
|
|
|||
| juice of 1 lemon | |||
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | basil | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | dill | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | parsley | |
|
|
|||
| 2 to 3 | Tablespoons | butter | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | Tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
|

Pour oil in large frying pan and heat. Sprinkle tilapia with salt and pepper. Cover fillets in flour, shake off excess. Place fillets in hot pan, skin side up; lightly brown 3 to 4 minutes. Turn fillets over with spatula; brown other side 3 to 4 minutes.
White Butter Sauce With Fresh Herbs:
Heat wine in skillet. Add lemon juice, basil, dill and parsley. Add butter and remove from heat. Melt butter in mixture. Pour over cooked fillets and serve.
